This is ULTRA RARE facet grade Orange Kyanite from Loliondo Tanzania. Material of this quality is nearly impossible to obtain. Most of these crystals are approx VS clarity, or have large facetable areas. Kyanite has a mohs hardness of approx 6.5 the length of the crystal and a mohs hardness of approx 4 across the crystal.
